My site (http://www.eagleyegames.com / http://www.allhyper.com) was hacked today... They/Him/She/It deleted the game folders and deleted or changed DB password, and demoted everyone.
I think the other admin sent a support ticket.

Greetings,

I would recommend checking any errors logs and access logs. Also, you'r site is coded with PHP right? Well, have you coded the site the site front and backend your self? Perchance you have a simple Vulnerability in your code which could have caused someone to write/code an exploit which then they were able to hack / penetrate your website. I would recommend you taking it offline, and test it!

Greetings,

1. Read my post above.
2. Do you have access to the cPanel? (I mean, can you login into the Control Panel)

Greetings,

Well this is what I recommend you doing. Email us at support@100webspace.com. Provide extremely accurate information regarding your account and ask our support to either email your information OR ask them to change your information to what ever you would like.

Also, you do know the structure of your site. Where abouts is your PHP file that contacts your information to connect to your database is? Also, what are the variables if any.

Okay, Ill do it.

Its connected through connect.php, and the only variables are the DB table, username, and pass.

Greetings,

1. When I go and try to browse to : http://eagleyegames.com/connect.php : I receive a 404 Error. So, the file does not look to be there.
2. If you are able to locate it, I recommend trying to penetrate your site back and gain root access.

I have received the email, and yet again I have told what I need and want: To get the accoutn back!
And now, the hacker already put down the domain name.
When I FINALLY get it back it will probably be freaking EMPTY.

I'm terribly sorry about this. But we need to assure that you are the real owner. Just send us a copy of your last invoice.

When yo opened your account, you should have been sent a few emails, one would be a Welcome to 100Webspace.

Try forwarding that one or any others you might have, that might get them the information they need to sort this out for you.
