can't report abuse

I want to report abuse on the form provided, but each time I try to submit the form I get a message "Please enter a valid email address". I am entering a valid address, so I don't know how to proceed. I have come on a website hosted by webspace.com that is showing photographs of a kind that means it ought to be shut down.
