The person sending it is not an adminitrator or mod, there is no way they could possibly know my IP, it's spam. I followed a variant of the link(obviously removing my username and inserting some random rubbish), what appeared is a page designed to look like some microsoft tool, I don't even run windows. It's a trick to get people to install some software which I doubt is good for anyone.
I had to remove the URL to post it, which I guess is a good thing.
