Hello,
I can't login to my cPanel with my two users: gardia2 and gardia4... Also I can't connect to them using FTP... Is there a major problem?

Very strange, that support don't know, that yesterday 100webspace.com have problem with hard disk and a lof of site was down.
Today is all ok.

It is really strange... Are you sure that all our clients were affected by this? Please, note that we do not have only one server in the data center and the problem was not a global one as you claim.

I can access the login.php page however the control panel refuses to accept my login credentials? also e-mail seems to be failing

I am having the same problem that cooky560 describes. login.php is up, but when I give it my info, it doesn't accept it. Name resolution fails when trying to access through FTP, or when just trying to access my page with a browser. Will send support@ an email.

No the LOGIN SITE will NOT WORK.. nor will ftp log in.

http://cp.100ws.com/members/login.php is down.. even when I try to log in via http://www.100webspace.com/login/ and it tries to redirect to the cp.100ws.com log in it won't work.
