I would like to remind everyone that:

The jury will rate only websites that have an English version. Unfortunately this is the best we can do considering the fact that our language skills in other languages are limited. Exceptions WILL be made, if the design for example is extremely good, but still the site will get 0 points for content, because we won't be able to really say whether the content is good or not if it is not in English.
So we are accepting sites that don't have an English version but not having an English version won't get your site rated very well.
