 Post subject: Response from Support - round in a loop!

I asked for help using the online form only to be told to raise a support ticket.
Problem.... I CAN'T SEE the screen with the "raise a ticket" on (Hollosite) because the Help pages do not load. If I hover over the help tab and then select "tickets" it presents me with a blank page with all the links around the edge as usual.

The problem I was TRYING to report?
I cannot get my usual FTP program to work - it keeps rejecting the password.
I have not changed it - the FTP program USED to work fine and now it has stopped.
I cannot see anywhere to reset the password - my account login and password work fine when I access the member login screen for my account - jd999
Webspace is jd999.hollosite.com

For information, I sneakily registered a new free web page under a different user name etc and I CAN FTP into THAT one.

Login to the control panel, click the FTP accounts tab. You can manage your FTP accounts in here, and change their password.
