http://www.phpbb.com/

go there
read the instructions

It's really not that difficult, you just have to be able to read.

download it
read the readme file or installation instructions... or just look around their website till you find some installation help. They even have their own forum to help people.

you'll get better help at their forum where the main reason for the forum is to help people with the forum.

You can upload the phpBB installation package via FTP. Just use the FTP account login details, which are shown in the FTP manager section of your Control Panel. Also you will need to set your FTP client to use only one remote connection and passive mode.

You have to download FileZilla for example and to use it for the upload of files to your account with us.

Download an FTP program, such as: http://www.smartftp.com/

Insert your settings in the FTP program (These settings can be found in the FTP manager of your control panel).

Login to your FTP.

Download a copy of the latest phpBB from here: http://www.phpbb.com/downloads.php

Extract it using WinZip, then upload the contents of that folder to your webspace.

Type your URL into the browser and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once installed delete the contrib and install directory from your webspace.

(You will also need a database setting up if you havn't done so already, you can do this using the MySQL manager in the control panel, its fairly self explanatory).

Hope that helps!
