I've tried installing phpBB several times. I've tried the patch I've tried the changed files nothing works. I had the versio 2.14 working but that doesn't even work when i try to get into Admin Panel. HELP!

hmmm...

Go to your file manager and verify that your /admin/ directory is there and that you are logged in as an admin on your forums before going to your Admin Panel

O.K. I opened a support ticket, you should be getting a reply back in your control panel within a couple of hours, in case you are wondering what the support ticket said here it is:

Quote:
Hello,
(This is RM249 from the support forums and I am currently helping someone with their forums)

The user of this account is having problems with the PHPbb admin panel, I created and account on his/her forum with admin priveledges and the whole left frame dissapeared, after investigating the code of the left frame I have discovered that at the end of the banner ad code, you forgot to close off the <div> tag. After downloading the left frame to my computer and modifying the file, it worked correctly. If you can please tell me when this will be fixed, I am sure the user of this account will appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
RM249

Also, once I am done helping you get this straightened out, you can change my priveledges back to a normal user, I changed it to Admin priveledges so that I could see what you were talking about in the admin panel :D

They currently know about it and it has been reported to the admins.... My guess would be within the next day or two, but that depends on how much work the admins have to do :(
