I can't find my FTP information . Please help !

I am using the free hosting , and it allows only 1 ftp account . So , I can't create another one , but I want to use the excisting one . But the problem is that I can't find it's information . I could use your file manager too , but I want to upload bigger files than 500KB . So , please help me .

Please open a trouble ticket regarding this issue. Then we will be able to assist you. This can be done via the "Help Center" menu of your Control Panel.
