Right, so I tried to install it...and I get a "403 Forbidden" page. Does 100 Web Space not support CuteNews, or something? [/b]

Could you give us a link for further investigation?

I was able to install it and test it without any issues. Recheck you installation and make sure all the diles have been uploaded and file permissions have been set per the instructions.

Perhaps I'm reading your last post wrong, did you chmod them upload? If so, you need to chmod the files on the server after uploading them.

You have changed the permissions on all your files and folders to 777. This is incorrect. I have set the correct permissions (for folders: 755; for html files: 755; for php files: 644; for picture formats: 755).
Also, you have had an .htaccess file with denying from all rule (that means you have forbidden the access to the whole directory and that is why you got back the error above).
Now, you have to install your script without our (privately my) help... :)
Good luck!

.htaccess files can only be seen via filemanager (usually) so if you have only checked via FTP, check again via filemanager and delete it, or edit as necessary.
