This is how we will choose the winners of the contest:
Each member of the Jury will judge upon the following criteria:
1) Content
- is the content original, is this website useful to its visitors' target group?
- is the content up-to-date?
- quality of language and content
2) Design
- is the design original?
- does the design suit the purpose of the website and the content?
3) Navigation
- how easy to navigate through is the website?
4) Name/Domain/Subdomain
- does the name of the website or its address suit the purpose of the site and it's content and design?
5) Clean code
- quality of scripting and coding
6) Popularity/success (the launch date of the site will be taken in consideration of course)
- how popular is the site?
- how does it perform in search engines?
Then each member of the Jury will post a comment to the corresponding threads, the post should look like this (
see example here):

The highest score is 5, the lowest is 1.
Once all of us have examined each of the top ten websites and have posted the result here, we will see who are the 3 sites that have the highest rating, they will be the winners of this contest.
