I am very happy to see that there is an interest in the contest :) I just wanted to point out that now that you all see other contestants' websites, you can see what your own site's weak aspects are and improve your website to get better chances of winning the contest.

I would aldo like to quote that websites lthat have ads, are less likely to win

Does this mean sites with ad programs, like adsense, linkshare, etc. won't have as much a chance of winning either?

It all depends on how well you have managed to integrate the ads. Having ads on your website may even help it get a higher rating (in cases where it helps your site's purpose for example) but the ads must in no case make your site look bad.
