 Post subject: Cache

I' ve to change the content of a file (a table in a html file).
When I upload the file with the new content, the server reads the cache of the old file.
SRY for the noob question and the poor english, but how do I prevent this? (without renaming the file)

Clear your cache (Normally under tools-options in your browser).
