You can set a custom 404 error page to any of your subdomains. For example if you want to set a custom error page to the subdomain user.server.com you need to go to the Subdomain Manager section of your control panel and click on the Edit icon of the subdomain user.server.com.

Then for the Error 404 page : set the path to your custom error page. For example if the folder of the subdomain is the default one: user.server.com, name of your custom error page is 404error.htm and it is in the folder user.server.com, you must type the following - Error 404 page : /www/user.server.com/404error.htm

IMPORTANT: Free hosting users cannot change the default 404 error page! Even if you set your own custom error page it will not work and the default one will appear. This restriction is ONLY for the Free plan and Free hosting without banners plan users.
