Hi there, am trying to install Drupal on a subdomain of my site.

I uploaded everything to the root of my subdomain, then tried to access the installer script by going to the subdomain URL. I got a 500 Server Error, did a bit of research and found it could be down to a htaccess file. I deleted that using the File Manager in the CP and tried again.

This is what I get now:

Multibyte string input conversion in PHP is active and must be disabled. Check the php.ini mbstring.http_input setting. Please refer to the PHP mbstring documentation for more information. (Currently using Unicode library Error)

If someone could translate this for me it would be greatly appreciated :)
