I wanna put in .htaccess this code....
Code:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*) index.php

I Know is used 4 publicity etc, but you can write this lines ? if exist a .htaccess, is used for mambo cms for SEO, SEF...

The only way to know if it will work is to try it. Some commands in .htaccess files are disabled for security reasons, but this may work :)

I' traying by FTP but is't erased...

Technically it is not erased, FTP just hides .htaccess file, to view and edit your file, login to your control panel and go to the file manager.
