$dbpass = "********"; <- correct
$dbname = "ibeins_nuke"; <- correct
$prefix = "nuke";
$user_prefix = "nuke";
$dbtype = "MySQL";
$sitekey = "instituto.brasileiro.de.pesquisas.";
$gfx_chk = 0;
$subscription_url = "";
$admin_file = "ad";
$advanced_editor = 0;

Did you import the MySQL file into the database?

Oh, yes, the password is correct, the database one. Even I tried changing it... 100webspace staff says it's all ok... I don't really know what's the problem.

You didn't actually set the correct settings. Part of the problem was that the permissions of your php files were set to 644/666 instead of 755. Once I set the correct permissions, I was able to edit the settings and it seems ok now.
