I am trying to run a perl script which utilizes the following three modules;-

o LWP::UserAgent
o Net::FTP
o Time::Local

The script simply fails with a Server 500 error. Whilst there is no specific entry in the subdomain error log to indicate a Perl module failure I suspect that one or both of Net::FTP and Time::Local are missing.

Unfortunately I have been unable to use the servicepanel to establish which modules are installed, however a borrowed script provides a partial listing of the modules, bizarely they stop at 'M"! I see the LWP module is installed from this utility but have been unable to determine Net or Time modules.

My questions;-

1 Are these two modules installed?
2 Could you possibly install the missing modules?

Alternatively, any other thoughts on how to fault find the cause of my scripts failure - all obvious practices looked into - 755 on prog, Perl path correct etc.

Thanks,
Alan

Here is whay I see:

o LWP::UserAgent - Yes

o Net::FTP - No but these are listed
Quote:
Net::FTPServer, Net::FTPServer::DBeg1::DirHandle, Net::FTPServer::DBeg1::FileHandle, , Net::FTPServer::DBeg1::IOBlob, Net::FTPServer::DBeg1::Server, Net::FTPServer::DirHandle, Net::FTPServer::Full::DirHandle, Net::FTPServer::Full::FileHandle, Net::FTPServer::Full::Server, Net::FTPServer::Handle, Net::FTPServer::InMem::DirHandle, Net::FTPServer::InMem::FileHandle, Net::FTPServer::InMem::Server, Net::FTPServer::Proxy::DirHandle, Net::FTPServer::Proxy::FileHandle, Net::FTPServer::Proxy::Server, Net::FTPServer::RO::DirHandle, Net::FTPServer::RO::FileHandle, Net::FTPServer::RO::Server

o Time::Local - No but these are listed
Quote:
Time::CTime, Time::DaysInMonth, Time::Duration, Time::Human, Time::JulianDay, Time::ParseDate, Time::Period, Time::Piece, Time::Seconds, Time::Timezone, Time::Zone

I found these by going to the Server Control Panel, clicking on the Server Information icon and clicking the "Perl Modules' link. This may not work on all the servers but it does on 100webcustomers.
