For some reason, when I use mod_rewrite to make my URLs shorter, if my page has an HTML extension, the 100webspace banner ad does not display (my page is exactly as it would be without a banner ad inserted in it), but if it has a PHP extension, the banner ad stays!

Is there a directive I can use in my .htaccess file that will preserve the banner ad? I'd rather not rename my HTML files to PHP if I'm not using PHP code in them.

Could you please open a trouble ticket for this issue from your Control Panel?

Then we will be able to investigated further.

Thank you.
