I have been ftp'ng to the server through a program called ACE FTP3 and just found out that they have discontinued this freeware. I have Dreamweaver which has ftp built into it however, I am having difficulties getting the settings right.

I keep getting a message: A FTP error occurred cannot make connection to host.

I see that it finds the host but won't connect.
I get confused on what the settings are to be and wonder if someon can help me out.

This is how I have it set up:
Access: FTP
FTP HOST: ftp.greekhoneybee.com
HOST DIRECTORY: greekhoneybee
Login:grkhnybee
Password:........

Do I have something wrong here. I would greatly appreciate anyone's input and assistance.
Blessings, Melissa

If you go to the FTP Manager section of your control panel you will see what the ftp settings are.

Hi Oliver,
I went to the FTP Manager and I see that it says host is greekhoneybee.com and it says path is www/

but I am still getting an error saying cannot connect to host
Is the host directory supposed to be www/?

I did try that option and tested it and still no luck.
