If you have placed that code between the <?php - ?> tags, you will either need to move it out the tags or use this code:

Code:
echo'<link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="favicon.ico">';

Hope that helps.

Найти файл favicon.ico и либо заменить его на свой либо удалить вовсе.
В принцие, файл может иметь и другое имя. Но расширение ico.

Поискать в коде строку типа <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/your/path/favicon.ico"> и удалить.

В интернете очень много информации по теме. поиск По ключевому слову favicon.ico

So to take care of both IE and Mozilla, include:

<link rel="icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />

Older versions of IE do look for /favicon.ico - the path name is hard coded. As long as you dont mind that name, it works for IE and Mozilla. No 404s if the file exists.
