this is a long question but here goes
i have three pages with navigation as follows:
+index.php (iframe @ id='_submenu' and another @ id='_body')
+home.php (link,coming soon, to iframe '_body' on index.php. loaded into iframe id='_submenu')
+coming soon (final page loaded in index.php @ iframe id='_body'
+... lots of others
i have an iframe that loads 'submenu/home.php' with a bunch of sub links, including the coming soon, which i want to load into an iframe on index.php
any help is appreciated

easier generate one html page using php

If you have seen his index.php page for code, I believe he has mulitple different 'sidemenu' type pages.

i have an index.php page in root folder with an iframe called _submenu.
i have a submenu_home.php page in root folder with a link to an iframe called _body, which is located on index.php
i have a link on 'index.php' to load 'submenu_home.php' in the '_submenu' iframe, on 'index.php' with the following code:
<a href="submenu_Home.php" target="_submenu">Home</a>
i have a link on 'submenu_home.php' to load 'comingsoon.php' in the '_body' iframe on 'index.php' with the following code:
<a href="comingsoon.php" target="_body">Coming Soon</a>
help pleez, i know this is kinda confusing
