this is a long question but here goes

i have three pages with navigation as follows:
+index.php (iframe @ id='_submenu' and another @ id='_body')
-submenu (Folder)
+home.php (link, coming soon, to iframe '_body' on index.php. loaded into iframe id='_submenu')
+coming soon (final page loaded in index.php @ iframe id='_body'
+... lots of others

i have an iframe that loads 'submenu/home.php' with a bunch of sub links, including the coming soon, which i want to load into an iframe on index.php

so i need help making the script for all different links and i know nothing about javascript, if it is even involved.

any help is appreciated
