My site is made on frontpage and contain a form that should send email with information when its submitted. I tried it on another hosting server and its working fine while here i get the following error:

Code:
FrontPage Run-Time Component Page

You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.

Greetings,

Can't you just create one using normal hard coded PHP and HTML? It is easy! :D

@pcforce: Are you on the Free/Free hosting without banners plan? If so, it is your plan that does not allow you to send emails.

Hello,
This question is not about sending SPTM main via 100webspace. It is about contact form created by Front page. As far as I know all the frontpage extensions work on free plans as well. To get the use of your front page extensions you need to publish your site to http://[your address] . DONT FTP!
When creating your e-mail form [offline ]you have to submit an e-mail address. Then you'll get a message saying that youy need to publish it on a server that supports FPE and it asks "do you want to remove e-mail recipient" say "NO" to it. and publish your site to http:// location. Tehn it should work.
You will receive e-mails. Visitors can send you e-mails using this contact form.

Hello,
I not sure how to create it. It comes with MS front page. One of Frontpage options. It works for front page guest books, contact pages etc.
Only thing you need is to create your site using Front page. There are options to configure it within frontpage programme. To create a form page >>>

As I can remember

Start Front page
you may go to
Add new page > Create form page wizard > and then select the options you want to include in the form> Your form will be created!!!

Then open the page you created via front page > right click > form properties> there you can configure the other options including your e-mail addredd where you expect to receive e-mails sent thorgh this page.

For a page created using this Frontpage option see contact page of my site www.lohangunaweera.tk :-) I receive e-mails from visitors through that form.

Regards,

Ah and I must add that you MUST publish your site using Front Pgae to use these forms. Do not FTP!
Publish to your http:/ / address using frontpage. :-)
