 Post subject: bg_top.jpg in the control panel

I would like to know how the 'bg_top.jpg'(It is a 1px * 30px image) in the control panel is made.

Opem Microsoft Paint and click Image > Attributes and set the image width and height that you want :D

Hello,
the point is how the effect is done regardless of what photo editing software is used and what dimension are chosen.
I currently use photoshop & Fireworks.
The background effect is really awesome.
Any suggestions?

oh... yeah you have to use that as a backgroudn and it repeats that all the way across the table, rather then having a 350 wide x 25 height image, you can just have a 1width x 25 height image that repeats itself along the table cell / background :D
