Hello again,

What do my jpg images not work? They are under the file allowance limit.

I originally created a lush flash gallery to view them but i found out that the files were too far big and would not even load. Now I have changed one gallery into a simple 'thumb' gallery and it still doesnt work:

None of my photos on this site are over 300KB?? Advise please?

Thanks!

I think the problem is in the path in the script, that you set to your images. Please onpen trouble ticket and we will check this once again.

Greetings,

The problem is most likely because of the path to the images. Although, make sure that the images name in the script is spelled correctly as it is CaSe SeNsItIvE.

Hello...

Im not sure if the path looks right in my code. Everything is in one directory. Here is a code to one of my pictures:

<A HREF="5.jpg"><IMG HEIGHT=50 WIDTH=50 SRC="5.jpg"></A>

does this seem right to you?

Also what is a trouble ticket?

The case sensitivity I dont think is the problem, all my images are named 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc?

thanks - its a good job u lot are helping me out! i would be stuck otherwise!

Yes, that should work... a trouble ticket is like a support question that Support can answer, these forums are where any one can answer, if it is related to your account like FTP not working, or something like that then you should open a support ticket look in the FAQ forum to learn how to open a support ticket :D

Its Ok - you were right. Case sensitivity issue once again, this time it was the extensions causing me the problems. jpg instead of JPG!! Solved!
