ftp is move recommended when it comes to load of files like uploading phpnuke.

there is 2 ways of using ftp with a ftp program (recommended)
or with your browser

just put ur ftp add in the browser might look a bit like

ftp://100webspace.com

it will ask u for ur user name and password well i cant tell u that but when ur loged on with ur browser just drag and drop the files in to there folders

www.downloads.com you can find a program there for ur ftp i recommend Core Ftp Lite

goodluck

hi,

you can read the following link it talks abt how to upload file using FTP in a web browser or a FTP client.

http://www.visn.co.uk/ftp.html

Also, please note that do not follow the example shown in the above link for uploading files using web browsers. Never enter username and pwd when calling the ftp site.

Just type ftp://ftpsitename.com in your web browser's address bar and hit enter/GO. Once the connection is made the ftp site will ask you for your username and password.
