Once again I find that a paid for account is inaccessible.

Constantly getting "Can't find server" messages. I have been unable to access the site for 5 hours now, don't know if it was unavailable before this.

Please let me know that you are;-

1. aware of the issue
2. working to resolve it

Help us help you. I have clients that are giving me severe grief over the lack of availability of their sites. Please let us know what you are doing to resolve these on-going reliability issue.

Thanks,
Alan

You would understand if it were free but when you pay for a business package you would expect business service.
I've already lost a customer over server issues

100 webspace.. A little communication goes a long way

Yup, yet again my site is down, and I can't access the control panel.

In fact I feel like the control panel is down more than it's available.

What's going on!?!?!

We are preparing to move this server to our new data center this week. I think that this was the main reason for the temporary problems that you had lately.
