Greetings dear Support!

I have tried millions of MYSQL hosts, non of them worked for me. so i ended up here. everything looks good. I registered and got an email where is showedmy FTP information.

I tired to log onto my FTP account using Total Commander but it didnt work! And if it doesnt work i can not use your great hosting packages.

Please, oh pleas help me out and tell me what to do.

I have tested your FTP connection and it is working fine from our end.

Probably it was a temporary issue. Please excuse us for the caused inconvenience.

Sorry m8 but it still doesnt work. It said host not found.

I use Total Commander btw. Maybe a sceenshot would work better for me. :)

Please provide me with exact error that you are experiencing and if it is possible with the log from your FTP program.

530 - Login incorrect


Thats the error but i checked 1 billion times if I wrote the username and pw correctly.
