Hi,

I try to login from http://100webspace.com/login/, and I just get a blank screen after validating my login and password. I can not start a ticket, as I am not able to access the control panel.

Any hint ?

Thanks

Bensoussan

I have to ask you to check your browser settings, because our services at the moment are fully operational. Also if you are using a proxy, please try to remove it in order to login into your account.

The problem is not related to my browser settings. I have the same problem with several browsers, regardless the browser I use or the settings. I do not use a proxy. It looks like it is easier to blame the client than to investigate from your side ! Help !

So at least three of us are stuck and cannot access the control panel. What do we do about it. I am fed up just sitting on my ass waiting till they aknowledge there is a problem from their side, and do something about it if we are lucky. Any idea ?

100 web space have more server issues than I care to mention, it would seem every time I try to do something server related there is always a problem. I think its time to start looking at alternative hosting companies. 99% up time... my as*

I am not a very frequent user, I do not upgrade my site daily, and sometimes months go by before I go back to it, but almost every time there are problems. Any suggestion regarding alternate web hosting providers ? I also would like to share this disappointing experience over the net. Any suggestion regarding a forum ?

Yep, I can't login either. I'm getting the same symptoms as you guys.

My site's working, I can FTP etc. I just can't log into the control panel. It's been like this for over an hour.

Same for me. The ftp service work, my sites are working, but no access to the control panel. By the way, as I was fed up and allow myself to compare web hosting services, I have just signed up at http://www.siteground.com They seem to offer more for less money. Of course, I do not know if they are more reliable, or worse ... Let's cross the fingers ...

Hi,

As far as I am concerned, my sites are still live, and I can FTP, but still no access to the control panel, and, more frustrating, no aknowledgment of the problem by 100webspace, no hint, no tip, nothing. As a customer, I feel fooled.

They should get an award for their poor service, indeed !

My control panel is now working OK :)

Better late than never, still it would be nice if the admin were to keep us informed of the situation.

Everything is still down for me. No access to either of my hosted domains and I can not log in to Cpanel to open a trouble ticket. It says "Connection Error". I've not had a problem logging in before at all and none of my browser settings have been changed.

What is happening?

<EDIT> when I tried to first post this I got:

"Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 435 Unable to authenticate at present

DEBUG MODE

Line : 132
File : smtp.php"

But again, this should not happen, or at least the problem should be recognised, instead of just ignoring the complain.

I guess this will not be the last time !

as long as the posts with complaints in get deleted quickly new people will sign up so they dont care if they lose people this is the problem with paying for yearly hosting !

for a company who claim to be a web hosting company surely the first thing is to make sure there are no bugs in your code !!! how about warning people its quite easy

Dear Users

We are about to screw with your webhosting and couldnt care less please dont bother us with your support tickets or posts in our support forum as we wont answer them.

thanks for your money
100 webspace

see its easy
maybe they will recover time shall tell
