Yes Viktor i have bloody tried to contact you via an open ticket and ive been waiting over 36 hours and the problem still persists.
I am sick and tired of your company admin trying to blame the users making them look like they dont know how to use the systems properly and also lame excuses for not pulling your fingers out of your backside and sorting out the problems.
GET THESE PERSISTENT PROBLEMS SORTED OUT AND STOP BLAMING USERS WHO PAY INTO YOUR COMPANY FOR A POOR SLOW SERVICE WHEN PORBLEM OCCUR.
Ohh and to add to this , when i did contact your team they told me that i need to be more patient, more patient!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had been waiting 10 hours with no response or even a hint as to when the problem would be fixed.
So while you say kindly let us know about these problems and that they still persist, its rubbish because you tell us to be patient?
How the hell can we win?
