Anyone else having problems with uploading new domains to thier accounts?

I emailed the tech team but all i got was a " we will contact our admin team and get back to you" that was about 10 hours ago.

Seems a long time to wait for something so simple?

I am having a problem to set a new domain in my account too. The domain is not registered with 100WS.

I got the following error message:

Error while adding the domain name! Please contact the technical support!

Yes Viktor i have bloody tried to contact you via an open ticket and ive been waiting over 36 hours and the problem still persists.

I am sick and tired of your company admin trying to blame the users making them look like they dont know how to use the systems properly and also lame excuses for not pulling your fingers out of your backside and sorting out the problems.

GET THESE PERSISTENT PROBLEMS SORTED OUT AND STOP BLAMING USERS WHO PAY INTO YOUR COMPANY FOR A POOR SLOW SERVICE WHEN PORBLEM OCCUR.

Ohh and to add to this , when i did contact your team they told me that i need to be more patient, more patient!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been waiting 10 hours with no response or even a hint as to when the problem would be fixed.

So while you say kindly let us know about these problems and that they still persist, its rubbish because you tell us to be patient?

How the hell can we win?

You goddamn bleeping cowboys. I've been trying to set up the address for my goose clothing business for the last 48 goddamn hours. Why does it take so long to get a reply from the admin? Sick of this. There's goddamn cold geese out there that needa clothing. Who's going to keep them warm in the winter months? You clowns? Yeehaaaaw get your asses back in gear. Bush would be ashamed of yo.

The domain has been added to my account and the issue has been solved.

I've got a response from the support team 12 minutes after opening the ticket. Then, it took a few extra hours to solve the problem.

I contacted the support team a few times and to their credit, I have always received a quick reply (i.e. within the next hour) even on Sundays and in the evening.
