My website is still down, I have clients that are upset their site has been unavailable since Friday. This is a paid account please provide some support.

Domain is www.wiltshirecoaches.org

Error is;-
"Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team."

Have tried other PC over other ISPs and received the same error. This is not a local ISP error as previously suggested.

i tried to reach your website and i was unable to face any problems at all. Please be sure that you have checked your internet settings, because we don't have any problems with our services.

Jimmy,

I have now received a number of complaints from users of the service, each telling me the website is down. Each reports the same error as I described earlier.

I believe this offers conclusive proof that the failure is not to do with my ISP and in fact the domain is not currently being 'hosted' by the server.

Please help.

Regards,
Alan

Please note that we had a little server issue, but our administrators already fixed the problem.

Please excuse us for the caused inconvenience.

Still no good, still have multiple users confirming they are unable to connect. No-one I have been able to contact has been able to access the website.

Please help, this has now been down since Friday AM and my users are getting restless.

Thanks,
Alan

Time 08:45 BST. After 45 minutes of reasonably good response form the site I have now returned to the original problem "Network Error". Others also reporting the same failure.

The website is not be hosted consistently, my users are unable to access it.

Please investigate.

Thanks,
Alan

It's 14:40 BST now.

Had 3 hours access to the site. Looks like whatever you have done your end had brought things back to life.

Cheers,
Alan
