Firstly you gave me no warning whatsoever that there was a file causing high server load. Had I been warned I'd have rectified the situation immediately. I've had this account for over a year and never had an issue like this before now.
Secondly you sent me no notification of my account suspension.
Thirdly I'm told that reopening my account would be a possibility (sent in my PM inbox by darkMaste) if I open a support ticket. Impossible to do since I can no longer log in.
Now you're telling me it's "not possible" to zip up a small folder (approx 4mb) of data to be returned to me.
Not possible or unwilling?
