When someone tryes to enter the site, this message cames up

This website has exceeded its maximum quota of online users and your request cannot be processed at the moment.
Please try again in 15 seconds.

¿Is there any way to solve this?

http://gta-ar.100webspace.net is working fine.
Perhaps the server was just a bit overloaded.

The attack stopped, he said he has to attack another site, and that he will attack mine again later...

I received a warning email from the site saying that my account used more than 200% average cpu load :S

¿Does 100webspace give any support to this kind of inconviniences?

Please open a trouble ticket regarding this high CPU usage. This can be done via the Help Center section of your Control Panel.

My account has been deactivated :(

What now? i need a backup of the site in order to change my hosting...

I can't open any ticket cause i can't log in my account...

I think the high CPU usage was because the hacker was requesting a php page... i think it should solve if i create a "index.html" that redirects to "index.php"...

The 24/7 support is answering the trouble tickets and the emails received to our inbox. Could you please send it again?
