This is a stupid question lol but I've looked through my cpanel and I just cant find out how to upload useing the FTP Manager so can someone tell me were I go in the cpanel to upload useing it

You could use the ftp manager only to manage your ftp account/s. (change default path, create account or change password {with the paid plans} or only change password {with the free plans}).

To upload files with FTP you will need ftp client. :)

ok thanks but how would i upload onto it do i copy the file from my documents and the past it wereever I want it on the ftp page

and what is an ftp client

a ftp client is a utility to log in to your ftp account for your site and is used for uploading and downloading big files or for uploading folders with out messing up the file structure of what it is your uploading

ok I have a problem I just changed my FTP's password and when I go to logon it says could not find account

Wait for about 5 minutes and try again. The server needs a little time to refresh the change.

o ok

o also from what I've heard doesnt useing FTP open your computer up to hackers, etc.

Don`t worry about that - hackers attempt to exploit ftp servers, not clients.
