Hello everyone, my website:

http://fsc729.ifreepages.com

is down, I have tried accessing the FTP server but it says "incorrect login" even though I have not changed the login. I can still access my account via www.ifreepages.com but I can't access the FTP server.

Thank You

John G.

The server is down because of file system problem. We are currently running a file system check and as soon this process is finished the server will be back online.

Unfortunately there are several 700GB HDD drives to be checked and there is no progress bar which can tell us how many of them are checked and how are still under check. We need to wait until the process is finished. Unfortunately there is no way to speed up this process.

Hi Jazzy;
isn't it easier make a bot that alert us ( customers ) that you are planing these HDs checkings?

Surely today you had loads of emails asking same things and if we are informed about this, surely most of us did no open a ticket.

Thanks and accelerate that process please

We usually make an announcement in this forum as we plan such maintenances. It is really not possible to set a bot to make such notifications.
