It appears once again that something has gone wrong and there is a server down. Please update us on what is going on.

What's worse is that I have been trying to contact support for about 6 hours now and no one is responding. Frustrating! My final exam is hosted and the teacher can't access it.!!! Thanks WEBSPACE!

Hello,

Please give you usernames so we can investigate that issue, there are no downed servers in our monitoring program , only the Control panel is not responding. but we currently work on it.

Yes, unfortunately the monitoring system was wrong and now the server is back online.

OK, could you please provide us with your hosts on our servers in order to make sure that they are not operational and to solve the problem if it depends on us? I am afraid that comments like DOWN AGAIN and LOOKS LIKE A dns issue... do not help us at all in finding a solution in this situation. Also, regarding the delay of the answer of the support team "I have been trying to contact support for about 6 hours". If you have used the Trouble Ticket system and this happens I can assure you that this person will be fired almost immediately. Our response time is 1 hour guaranteed even in most of the critical server side situations.
In this case that you two have I just have to ask you to open a Trouble Ticket from your account with us so our team to be able to investigate and to solve the problem that you experience. We do provide support only via our Trouble Ticket system.
