Hi!

I know that we cannot upload files greater than 2 MB from the ControlPanel, so I tried with FTP instead.
When I tried to upload a file with a size 15 MB, it just disappears after the progressbar has finished. It will not upload. Why is this? Is there a limit, even while using the FTP-program?

Best regards
Fredrik in Norway

If your on a Free Hosting plan there in a 500 KB limit (this may have been changed since last I heard).

If your on a Paid Hosting plan, please open a Support Ticket from the control panel for assistance.
