Today I decided that I would upgrade from the free hosting to the basic website hosting package so I could get e-mail and some other bonuses. After I completed the process and paid for the new service, I tried to log into my account but to no avail. I also tried to view my site, and it's no longer accessable. I cannot login to my account any more as it gives me an error that I used an incorrect username or e-mail address. Also, it said I would receive an e-mail on my registered e-mail to confirm the upgrade etc. and I have not received this. All I have received is the receipt from Paypal for the amount I paid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because this is a huge inconvenience, especially right after I have paid money.
