Hello there.
I'm using a free- no ads account.
My problem is this.
In my forum (phpBB2) i have configured the board to require user activation. (The user registers, the confirmation email is beeing sent to the email account they used in registration form and the user clicks on the link in the email and activates the account)
At least this is how it should work but it doesn't.
When the user fills all the required data and presses submit, the board returns the following error:

Failed sending email :: PHP ::

DEBUG MODE

Line : 234
File : emailer.php

What should i do?
(In forum management i use the option " Do not use SMTP" but even when i used SMTP, even put mail.allhyper.com as SMTP server refused to work, too .I also tried my account username and pass in 100webspace for SMTP authentication and still did not work(didn't expect it to work this way)
Please help!!! Right now i'm using "none" in activation method on my forum but it is not a good option!!!

Your current plan restricts you to access our SMTP. Sorry but you need to upgrade your account to personal hosting plan , or purchase a 100 mail boxes upgrade in order to remove this limitation.

I recently upgraded from free to free no ads
If i upgrade to personal, the price is plus $17.64 or you are going to calculate the difference ( i paid about $9 a week ago)
Don't shoot me --- :) I don't mind paying 17 dollars i just want to know, when i renew the account for next year, is it going to be 17,64, or 17,64+9=about 26 dollars?????

Sorry if im'not making myself clear...
In fact i want to know this:
If i subscribe now, as a new member of 100webspace , what am i going to pay?
The 17,64 is the price to upgrade from a free-no-ads account, or is the price from null
Thanx and sorry if i'm making you dizzy :)

The proce for annual renewal to Personal plan is $35.4 USD ($2,95 per month). Now you're paying only the difference between your plan ( Free Hosting without banners) and the new plan for the rest of the expiration period.

Hi mods, admins, and fellow members.

I need assistance on disabling email notifications on my account.

I have unchecked the following on my User CP:

Receive Email from Administrators
Receive Email from Other Members
Receive Friendship Request Email

I have also set Default Thread Subscription Mode to No email notification, but Im still getting email notifications. How do I stop it from sending me email notifications?

Thanks

Hello,

Could you please open a trouble ticket from your account with us and provide us with more detailed information regarding your exact website which these notifications are sent from, so we will be able to review this case for you and assist you further. You will be able to do this via the Open Support Ticket menu of your account control panel Help section at the top right corner in Hosting Control Panel.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
