Post subject:  Drupal 4.7 collapsible page sections

Hi,

I'm having problems in make Drupal 4.7 work in 100WebSpace.

After some research I've found that a javascript function named check_banner, called in window.onload, is the source of problems (or the problem on the source...).

Anyway, all kinds of forms in Drupal's new version has now collapsible page sections by design, that will not work with the javascript function mentioned above.

What could we do?

many thanks,
gdias

If your on a free account with banners, upgrade to a free account without banners ot a paid plan.

If your on a paid plan already, it may be something with the scripts your running, contact the vendor.

Dear Bob G and All,

Yes I'm on a free hosting plan with banners and, of course, I will not upgrade if my CMS doesn't work in this hosting company.

As stated on this subject, I'm still waiting for some reply. An intelligent one.

Hello, 4.7 is the beta version. I'd suggest you use 4.65

Hey Grab, great site!

Thank you for your suggestion. Yes 4.7 still beta, but it's a job almost done and much better, even in beta, than 4.6.x. I'm developing my new site entirely based on 4.7.

I'm already figure out a way to circunvent that problem, but 100webspace.com need to change that banner's javascript in order to support newer versions of Drupal.

Cool :) Thanks for telling me that you liked my site :)

Anyways, 100webspace wouldn't even change the code to comply with w3 standards. The code is not going to change period. I wish it could but it can't. To remove the code if you wish and the counter is going to cost you $12/year. Thats $1 a month. You don't have to but you solved the problem. So, you probaly won't then. :)
