I do get this message all the time while uploading my Forum.

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at Port 80

What do I have to set up to make it work?

There can be a few reasons for this to happen, a quick search of this forum will give more details.

1) You have exceded your bandwidth for the month
2) Being a forum, there could be a post that contains a banned word.

First login to your host control panel and check you bandwidth stats on the left side.

If thats not the issue, log into the database and look at the posts for any questionable words, I won't post them here but I think you know what I mean.

If you still can't find and answer, open a support ticket.

You may see this page if you have deleted the folder where your subdomain points to. It would be best if you open a trouble ticket, we will then assist you promptly.
