Tried to install vbulletin

On step 6.. the msg i get is...
------------------------------------------
Step 6) Importing Language

Uh oh, ./install/vbulletin-language.xml doesn't appear to exist!
-----------------------------------------
This happens even though i upload the same..
I think it keeps refreshing and gets deleted?
Any solutions?

Check to make sure that you uploaded the XML file when you uploaded it to your site.

What is the size of this file? What is your account's web hosting plan, is it the free plan?

There is a file size limit of 500KB for the free hosting, I am sorry.
