Hey,

Are you on a free account? Have you made the e-mail in the cPanel? Do you have the correct mail settings and SMTP settings in the ACP?

Also, there is an "Edit" button.

I have a paid service, but i'm on freestarthost.com. I haven't setup an email in freestarthost cpanel. Is there a guide on doing this? I did put the my email address under the acp of my forum. I didn't know I had to anything else since my last forum host didn't require any additional setup. Sorry, I don't have to option to edit my posts :?

I have an email account setup at the same place I purchased my domain name. Is there a way I can redirect it here or vis versa?

WOW! You didnt have to copy and paste everything.

Ok. Create an email in the cPanel. And go fill out the SMTP Settings in the ACP including the SMTP Server which should be soimething like mail.freestarthost.com

:D Hope this helps! :D

It does, too bad when I go to create an account, the box after the @ is blank and it won't let me create one. I guess I need to open up a ticket.

The field is blank, because you don't have a domain hosted. Our system unfortunaltely does not allow you to create an email @ourservername.ext, you need to have your own domain. So if you have a domain you just need to add it to your Hosted Domains, set our DNSes to it (you can see them in the Hosted DOmains section) and create an email account.

Hey,

I believe he has his own domain. Look http://www.hotclubforums.com/ is in his signature. So, I image that is his website. Although there is NOTHING there at the moment. :D
