Can someone help with this, I need:

Your Database Name: your database name
Database Username: your database name
Database Password: your database password

Do I just make a new MySQL database or where can I find it?

You can edit/see these settings in the Manage SQL Databases section of your control apnel.

I am moving this thread to the "Forums, Blogs, CMS" section.

Try re-uploading the whole /templates/subSilver/ directory from the ZXIP file to your web server :D that should make it work

hmm... did you upload the subSilver config file? If you re-uploaded the directory then I Dont see why t wouldnt be there.... try downloading phpBB again from phpbb.com and try re-uploading the file subSilver.cfg in the subSilver directory.... (I think thats the name of the file... if not some file with the .cfg extension)
