You have exceeded yoru MySQL quota limit. You can purchase additional MySQL space from the Service Upgrades section of your control panel.

oic. :( But i'm not sure about certain thing. The free hosting plan gave us 6MB of MySQL, so when the 6MB is used up, we cant access our site? Other than upgrading the plans, what can we do to access our site? (How can we free up the space?) How does we used up the 6MB? Thanks for answering.

You are only suppose to get 5 MB of MySQL database space. And yes, after you have exceeded your amount you have a couple of options:
1. Upgrade and Get More.
2. Delete unneeded things from the phpMyAdmin
3. Use a different pre-built forum, like phpBB, OR ... make your own / code your own forum so that it doesnt use as much database space for the extra stuff. :D

oic, but i don't think i added or installed anything else other than my vbulletin forum to the database. When people post on the forum does that take up the space?

Victory - Rm249 has told me that you had source for images and other crap in your MySQL. This was causing the overload. You dont need to do such stupid stuff. I recommend getting rid of vBulletin because they are ment for Larger amounts of Database Space, and go here and download phpBB 2.0.x and install it. You will find it a lot better then any other forum system ever. :D
