 Post subject: PHPBB, admin login problem MYSQL

Hi,

Everything works fine with the forum, only when i'm trying to log in with my admin account i get the following error:

SÿjHost 'my hostname' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.

Who's got the solution.

Hello, Go into PHPmyadmin and go to the phpbb_config table and fing the row called server_port and change it from 3306 to 80 if you would like me to do it, PM me your account details for your control panel and DB

How do you mean. ?

the forum is on front.farvista.net.

My host is from someone else.

Follow my directions and it will be fixed, I just helped someone with this problem... and I know that this is the problem :D

Its because people use different hosts like t35.com etc
