Hello, I just registered for your forums and tried to login and I got a "Connection refused when trying to connect to host invs.cogia.net" when you installed PHPbb what did you put for the Port #? if you set it to anything other then 80 this might cause this to happen, for example if you set it to 3306 (common mistake) you will get an access denied file..

Change your server port to 80 in your phpBB Forums! If you cant login, go to your PHPMyAdmin > phpbb_config table > and find server port, and edit that row and set it to 80. :D
