Does anyone here use vBulletin as your forum? I am currently using vBulletin as my forum. I like to know how can i backup my whole forum... I read the guide that provided by vBulletin, but i dont understand at all. (It talk about PHP, MySQl etc.) So i was hoping someone who used vBulletin before would guide me along step by step. Thank you very much. :P

-----How often do you all backup your forum?-----

With sincerely thanks.
